Rajen read Law at the University of Manchester between 1987 and 1990.  He then attended the Inns of Court School of Law.  Having completed his pupillage in 1993, he practised predominantly on the Northern Circuit, then in 2015 he became a full Member of Derwent Chambers.

He has a General Common Law experience, but with a particular emphasis on Family and Employment work.

His Family work includes: Ancillary Relief; Public and Private Law Children Act cases; Adoption; and Injunctions.

He also undertakes Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act cases.

Rajen deals with all aspects of Employment work, representing both Employers and Employees.

Rajen is happy to accept instructions for work in Courts throughout the Midlands.

He is a suave and an extremely articulate practitioner, with an ability to apply his skills over a wide-ranging area of the law.  He also has a busy and very well regarded paper practice.
